Hi, I'm Dave
I am an engineer, founder and executive. A full-stack advisor, I bring deep technical skills coupled with leadership and business acumen.
I started Stack because I love working with passionate founders, leaders and teams helping them realise their true potential. Yet, holding many back is a sizable gap in knowledge and experience with technical strategy, leadership and execution that can match the scale of their vision.
Over 20 years I've been fortunate to work with amazing people across a wide range of industries including financial services, energy, healthcare, government, transport, education, retail, mining and media in both Australia and Silicon Valley. During this time I've remained hands on working with disruptive technologies shaping our world such as cloud, mobile, big data, AI and blockchain.
Along the way I've lived through the struggle and elation of being a founder. From pitching, to raising capital, grinding it out, failing, learning, iterating, leading & scaling teams, mergers & acquisitions, going public and life beyond as an executive of a listed company.
